1. Introduction

Did you have an interior web site? Whether you did or not, you will want to have one because of our JA Rochea interior template. Not only being a refined and luxurious template, but it also has many special functions which make your site appearance unique-looking.

Our designers make a light combination between green, orange and main grey color will cause attraction to visitors and make them pleased to surf as well as search for their content need. Each JA Rochea menu has a special banner system that offers good visual sense to your client. Moreover, JA Rochea has traditional features like: Menu types, screen resizer, colors schemes, typography... Let's take your time to find out what is inside our template.

2. Menu Types Configuration

JA Rochea offers you 3 types of our traditional menu. The menus applied are JA Split Menu, JA CSS Menu and JA Transmenu

1. JA Split Menu: A vertical menu with sub menu items of current menu display in left column.



2. JA CSS Menu: Flat and fast drop down menu using CSS based markup.



3.JA Transmenu Menu: Famous animated, transparent JavaScript drop down menu.



To choose your menu type, go to the 36th line in the "ja_Rochea/ index.php" and change $ja_menutype to what you need.
1 is Split Menu, 2 is CSS Menu, 3 is Transmenu and



3. Screen Resolution Configuration

JA Rochea allow you to set 3 types of screen resolution. You can easily config JA Rochea template's width by modifying the Template Configurations part in the "ja_Rochea/index.php".

To choose which screen's width you want to use, go to the 28th line of the "ja_Rochea/index.php" file and change the value of $ja_width_default to 'wide' (1024x768), 'narrow' (800x600) and 'auto' fluid width.



4. Font Resizer Configuration

You can also configurate the font resizer function. Go to "ja_Rochea/index.php" and replace the value of $ja_font_size_default to the size you want. You can choose the font size ranged from 1 upto 6.



5. Color Configuration

JA Rochea comes with three colors, the default blueish and the alternate red and green colors. To change default template color, go to "ja_Rochea/index.php" and change $ja_color_default to the color you want ('default', 'red' or 'green')



6. Tools Configuration

To enable/disable the font and resolution resizer, you can use the variable $ja_tool in the 30th line



Set to 0 to disable all, 1 to enable resolution, 2 to enable font tool and 3 to enable both resolution and font, 4 to enable only color, 5 is to enable color and resolution, 6 is to enable color and font and 7 is enable all.

7. Module styles

JA Rochea has many built-in module styles help you present your content in effective way.
When adding modules, you can specify Module Class Suffix parameter to change display style of modules. If you don't to use module styles , leave it blank to use default style.

Structure of suffix is: -<stylename>

For example: -brick

Here are list of module style names which were included in JA-Rochea templates:

Styles: -brick, -green, -cyan

8. Manage header banners

If you want to create new header banner for your site, you have to create 3 images like images in templates/ja_rochea/images/headers/ folder.

Name of images are: sh<number>-bg1.jpg, sh<number>-bg2-wide.jpg, sh<number>-bg2-narrow.jpg

For example: sh04-bg1.jpg, sh04-bg2-wide.jpg, sh04-bg2-narrow.jpg

After that, open your index.php file to add name of your header banner in line 25:



9. Using JA Flashnews module

a. At first, you have to download JA Flashnews module from our download section

b. In Joomla administrator area, choose: Installers->Modules then install JA Flashnews module.

c. Publish JA Flashnews module in Site->Modules. And unpublish default Joomla Flashnews.

d. Click JA Flashnews module in Site->Modules and config parameters like screenshot below



9. Using JA Spotlight module

a. At first, you have to download JA Spotlight module from our download section

b. In Joomla administrator area, choose: Installers->Modules then install JA Spotlight module.

c. Publish JA Spotlight module in Site->Modules.

d. After that, click to JA Spotlight module and config parameters like screenshot below:



Module position: user1, user2 or user5 (three module positions for spotlights)
Image path: path of image you want to show in module for example:
If you upload image sample.jpg to http://www.yoursite.com/images/stories/sample.jpg
Image path is images/stories/sample.jpg

Fulltext: Content of module
Outsite link: is link for hold module when user click it.
Module height: Height of module
Background transparent: from 0 to 100 (it is opacity of your content background)

If you want to add more module in spotlight go to Site->Modules and copy your current module, rename it and set it to another position (user1, user2, user5)


10. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I want to add a template position in to my Joomla!
A: Go to your Administration Panel, Site -> Template Manager -> Module Positions. Add your template positions and hit the Save button.

Q: Where can I change my footer?
A: If you want to change or remove something in the footer, just open the "ja_Rochea/footer.php" then modify it to suite your needs.

Q: My images take a lot of white space and do not look good?
A: The may show some extra padding and margin. To solve this problem, go to your Joomla! Administrator -> Mambots -> Site Mambots and change the margin and padding parameters of MOS Image mambot to 0.

Q: Images without caption are stuck with text?
A: It is because Joomla! generates the code different when has and doesn't have its caption. So when you decide that the image will not having a caption, put it between the div tag like this <div class="mosimage" style="float: left;"></div>

Q: What's a module style? And module class suffix?
A: Almost modules offer you a parameter called Module Class Suffix. Set a value for this parameter and you will have your module's appearance differs from the others. JA templates often provide you some module styles which can be found in Module Styles area of the guide.

Q: I changed my default color/font/resolution but when I refresh the page, it didn't change?
A: JA template use client's cookie to save your preferences. If you made change to default value, please close the browser, open a blank new window and then clear the browser's cookie. You'll see the new preferences applied.

Q: Some of my menu looks horrible. Why?
A: Menus in JA templates are designed with the most semantic mark up are used over the net, it's the list style. If you made change to the menu type, go to you menu module and change the menu type parameter to Flat List. It will solve the problem.

Q: I want to change some graphic contents
A: PSD/PNG files and fonts can be found in the template's source package. Please download the file at our download page in case you need to modify something.
